ANCO Construction Solutions Ltd was established in 2013 and whilst still being considered as a company in its early years, the wealth and breadth of knowledge possessed by the Management team alone provides over fifty years of construction experience. Our customers can rely on us to help them overcome their challenges no matter how big or small. It is achieved by sharing our knowledge and expertise and utilising a considered approach to the way we work ensuring attention to detail in everything we do.

We continue to learn from our experience and lead by example when engaging with our own team of people and with other external partners.

Richard Ansell, one of ANCO’s directors, acquired a wealth of knowledge while working for a number of years for a Birmingham based contractor as their site manager on a varied array of challenging sites.

ANCO Construction Solutions Ltd is a family owned business with a well-founded experience of ‘turn-key’ projects in various aspects of the construction industry ranging from new build projects, through NHS and private medical facilities, conservation and restoration works to transforming existing structures into accommodation or office facilities.

In addition to acting as the main or principal contractor ANCO Construction Solutions Ltd specialises in aspects of internal and external fit out contracts and is capable of undertaking the entire process if required.

Since the formation of the company, ANCO Construction Solutions Ltd has proudly built a respected reputation for itself and its work ably demonstrated in the form of numerous repeat contracts from clients such as Hillcrest Child Services, Pargat Housewares, Travis Perkins and Autosmart International.

Whilst being a considerate contractor to our surroundings and neighbours of each and every contract undertaken, ANCO fully understands that, in many instances, we are the first face your new neighbours will see, and is very mindful to take extra care to ensure that your relationship will continue on the solid foundation that we provide from the very beginning.

ANCO Construction Solutions Ltd is engaged with Citation Health and Safety Schemes, providing up to date training together with the appropriate on-site training (IPAF, PASMA, SMSTS, First Aid etc.) thereby ensuring all personnel  on any of our sites remains as safe as possible.

Customer satisfaction is a key factor held by every ANCO representative on every ANCO site, regardless of its contract value or size. The team will always strive to be of an understanding nature and as flexible as is possible in order to accommodate, at short notice, the ever changing nature of the Construction Industry.

Our team will keep you fully informed throughout the construction process and also commit to be a long term construction partner through subsequent client contracts over the following years.
